Balance,

Balance is the awareness of surroundings coupled with the acquisition of harmony. It's that space between the line you draw in the sand and the tightrope you walk above it. Bleeding Counterfeit is the culmination of this equation.

With a musical resume that includes the entire southeast and spanning nearly 45 years of collective experience in the music industry, bleeding counterfeit's members have individually played live music with everyone from Collective Soul to members of the James Brown Band, and their influences are equally diverse.

It's no wonder then that five friends found one another amidst their own pursuits and began to build upon an idea. A belief that no matter how clouded the outlook, music is it's own remedy. And that why you play is just as important as what you play. There in lies the balance. Forget about the distractions, the noise, and all the people telling you what's important. Let the nightlife and it's circumstances slip away as the stage lights silently explode upward.

This is the moment that matters. This is life breathing into itself with every verse, every note. And as the world shuffles away drowned by each chorus you are taken on a road less traveled by the few that believe that the only currency a worthy man holds is that which bleeds counterfeit against the nightlife's soul.
